Five Years of Coverage
Every Prime Sukkah 3.0 is covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. Under normal seasonal use, we replace the damaged part, repair it, or credit you toward a new unit.
A Simple Claim Process
File a claim with your order number and photos of the damage and setup. Claims are reviewed within a few business days by someone who actually knows the product.
Returns Before Sukkos
Changed your mind? Unused, unopened Sukkahs can come back to us up to 14 days before the first day of Sukkos.
