Forecasting Sukkot: Dates for 2023 and Future Years
The Sukkah festival, also known as Sukkot, is a much-anticipated annual Jewish event. In 2023, Sukkot begins at sunset on September 29 and ends at nightfall on October 6. The first two days (from sundown of the first date listed, until nightfall two days later) are full-fledged, no-work-allowed holiday days. The subsequent days are termed as Chol Hamoed, when work is allowed, albeit with restrictions.
